MY19 Performance Coupe 2dr SSG 7sp 4.0TT The 720S is British hypercar-maker McLaren's latest offering within its Super Series lineup where it replaces the 650S with less weight and more power. The 530kW/770Nm 4.0-litre V8 enables the 720S to accelerate from zero to 100km/h in a staggeringly fast 2.9sec while it covers the standing quarter-mile dash in 10.3sec. Despite its track capabilities, the McLaren 720S is actually easy to drive in traffic with its good visibility, tractable engine, initially-light steering and smooth-operating driveline. The interior offers, in a meticulously-detailed way, the basics: Climate-control, sat-nav, Bluetooth and a solid sound system, while active LED headlights and a powered rear spoiler are also part of the deal.
