Overview
Mitsubishi has covered plenty of workhorse bases with the ML Triton range. The extensive line-up includes four engines (two petrol and two diesels), five model variants, and 2WD or 4WD option. New Triton is well equipped for tough opposition with keen pricing, equipment and four-star safety rating. The 3.2-litre direct injection turbodiesel is rated at 118kW and 343Nm of torque at 2000rpm. Triton is packed with kit and wants for little in extras. The GLX-R gains some mod cons like a hard tonneau cover with gas struts and sports bar. It also comes with sports suspension, auto freewheeling hubs and the easy select 4WD function.
