666D MY18 Drophead Cpe 2dr Auto 8sp 6.6TT Not quite your elegant Rolls-Royce saloon, the Dawn convertible aims at younger buyers. With two rear-hinged, power-operated doors, slightly-curved Rolls-Royce grille and a smooth, slinky style, the Dawn remains a (very) large car, weighing-in at a substantial 2560kg. The engine is the familiar 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 producing 420kW/820Nm (or 442kW/840Nm in the Black Badge edition) to provide remorseless acceleration at any speed and the air-suspended ride quality is pure Rolls-Royce "waft." The opulent convertible's thickly-padded roof glides open or shut in 22 seconds at speeds up to 50km/h, while there's virtually no limit to the luxury provided for all four occupants " and the boot, at 480 litres, is usefully big.
