664L Sedan EWB 4dr Auto 8sp 6.6TT Rolls-Royce heads earthwards with the new, smaller, Ghost - although not far enough to lose the spirit of ecstasy's standing in the community. Broadly BMW 7 Series based but a lot bigger, the sumptuous saloon is tagged half way between $600,000 and $700,000 and with its 420kW/780Nm 6.5-litre twin-turbo V12 is the fastest in the Roller stable and reportedly the fastest ever built. The options list is expensive: For example a chrome-tip exhaust costs $5,500 and curtains for the rear cabin are $9,600. Interior space is cavernous and the Ghost handles with surprising aplomb on the road.
