Overview
The Prius C strikess a good compromise between hi-tech goodness and hip pocket nervousness. The Yaris based hybrid aims at a more 'normal' market where the buyer doesn't want to be reminded too often that they're being goody-two-shoes. The donor vehicles credentials haven't been compromised either, as the system (read battery pack) minimally encroaches its much appreciated spaciousness and luggage/storage space. There's even a full-sized spare! The drivetrain reflects all the improvements made to its bigger sibling, so it's all new-tech. The range of competitor's diesel models are genuine options, both price and frugality wise.
