My experience with carsales was easy
Bought a car from a dealer a month or so ago using your site and just wanted to tell you that I found the whole exercise very simple. I don't know whether you get much feedback when things go right but I think if things are done well then it is good for you to know. So easy to criticise but often praise goes unrewarded. Whether I got what I wanted is not important but the way I got it, through Carsales, was excellent. So thank you. I will certainly tell friends that my experience with your company was easy and I felt comfortable using your site.

Not only were they able to guide me through the process and help me with car selling tips but they were also the only site that I had a positive experience with. My car was also listed on gumtree but I had over 15 scams within the first 24hours so it was removed. Give it a go
Thought we'd give it a go, just to see what happens. A few days later a few enquiries, one genuine.. which was the first person to see the car - bought it that day. SOLD in a week or so of advertising, close to asking price. I even cried when I sold the car, because I loved it so much for over 10 years, but since the buyer was so lovely, I let it go to a good home and a loving family. I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same emotion as I did, so quickly and unexpectedly.

Excellent result
I would just like to thank carsales.com.au for an excellent result when selling my mother's car.
I advertised the car on Monday afternoon and received an email advising me that ad was on the web at about 3.30pm. I checked it at about 4.00pm and at 5.45pm suddenly I had both phones ringing and two enquiries via email. I made two appointments but only had to keep one because they wanted to buy it. I now have the deposit.
Even putting the car on the net was easy. I just followed the prompts and the website knew all about the car and filled in the rest.
I can't believe how easy it has all been.
