This original 1966 Ford Mustang GT Fastback comes with much history and paperwork. Purchased and restored in St. Lucie Florida in 2013, and imported into Australia in 2015 this vehicle is an amazing example of a 66 mustang. Its been a close family member for 15 years, but I have now decided to pass it on to the next owner.
Out of 35,698 Fastback's made, only 7889 were tagged as 63B (luxury). Meaning this is 1 of 7889 Luxury GT Fastbacks ever built by Ford.
The original block is still in place, with a subtle cam and new 4 barrel Edelbrock carby. It now runs with a modern electric fan which means the car runs cool and also gives a few extra horsepower. Just last year I drove this car from QLD to NSW without a single issue.
The wheels are very rare Vintage Wheel Works V60 17*8 rear and 17*7 front with GT40 style knock-off wheel spinners.
