1968 GT Mustang coupe 390 S-CODE
I've owned this beauty for about 15 years, bought it off a family man in Melbourne who owned it for 10+ years.
It comes with Marti Report so the engine and all is matching and is a 390 ci. Car is still left hand drive.
Engine was rebuilt by BnB Engines, ( photos attached what was done, full rebuild), about 8 years ago, the transmission and diff were redone with stall converter, shift kit and diff gears. Other minor maintenance has been done along the way. Since rebuild car has maybe done about 1000k's or less. It has a Hurst shifter and currently on club Reg.
Interior is in very good condition, seats are excellent, carpet i believe original but still good condition. Body has a little surface rust on the louvered bonnet but nothing major, ( photos attached) and a spot on bottom of door and gutter, since ive owned it it hasnt spread, overall body is great.
There are still some original parts previous owner gave me such as steering wheel, instruction books and few other things, they will come with car.
Currently car is stored just out of SE Melbourne and has been stored for last 2 years as we havnt got room to park it.
I'm about to start building in Melbourne and made a tough decision to put it out there and have an Expression of interest for this beauty. We're seeing 390 S-Codes starting from $85k across different platforms.
