1997 VS Holden Commodore Executive 9c1 5.0L v8 series 2 4sp auto
This vs was a yard car for the NSW Police stationed out at Yass
Was brought from the police by an older gentleman who installed a cd player
It was then purchased by a collector in Carlton Sydney and stored
I purchased this car in Feb 2019
Drove it home and over the next few weekends I gave it a service oil and filter air filter and gearbox and diff oils changed and refilled. New water pump and thermostat. Was a daily driver until June 2019 i had a major accident from a fall leaving me unable to walk or drive. My Dad drove the car home to his place where it has been in his care since then. Gets serviced every 6 months oil and filter, he drives it once a month and gets started every couple of days. Since owning this car it has always had full NSW registration
Apart from the cd player the car is factory standard no modifications
The vs has 134,000ks
Has original interceptor chaser rims and fe2 suspension police factory options
New kumho tyres drives extremely smooth
Being a 1997 model it is the last of the vs 5l v8 sedans made. Has a 4 speed auto shifts smooth
Has always been under cover since ive owned it
Bosch ignition coil has been relocated to the strut tower from back behind the engine
Distributor and hall sensor have been replaced 2 years ago
Full nsw rego until June 30th 2027
Due to medical reasons I am sadly unable to drive this aussie classic again and the reason it is regretfully for sale
