I have owned and operated this car since mid-year 2010. It has always been garaged and is in great condition. Generally, it has been driven once per week to keep it in good shape and was last serviced in July 2026. The tyres are in good condition, and the interior of the car has been well looked after. It has Tickford embossed mats front and back. There are two sets of keys as well as the vehicle handbooks. If you are a Ford enthusiast or collector, this stock built car is one to look at.
The Ford TS50 T3 was the third in the series of Tickford developed cars for Ford. With the shift to the Ford V8 engines from the US, Tickford were allotted the last of the 5.6 stroker Windsor blocks. The engines were set up with an all new crankshaft, ported cylinder head, and a three piece high flow inlet manifold and conical air cleaner. This was the basis of this model becoming a collector’s item. The engine output was 250 kW at 500Nm, a significant muscle car for the time.
Tickford with the TS50 T3, added new styling including a deeper chin spoiler, tall boot mounted wing and chunkier side and rear facia extensions. This resulted in a visually aggressive eye catching car, particularly when coupled with the blueprint colouring.
