This well maintained one owner vehicle is regretfully up for sale due to a death in the family.
This GMC series features the LBZ 6.6 litre V8 diesel motor coupled with the Allison 1000 series 6 speed auto which GMC/SILVERADO buffs seek out as there is no DPF or Add Blue to contend with.
Ready for work or play (or both), built to tow 4.5 tones , not modified or needing additional "bolt on" components like other 4x4 brands to tow only 3.5 tones. The inherent capacity to tow and carry bigger loads at highway speed without stressing the motor, transmission and diffs, adds a level of confidence for those big trips. The Allison 6 speed transmission with is double overdrive, allows travelling at 100 km/hr. with the taco ticking over at around 1600 rpm.
No beach/no rust and no known faults or codes... this vehicle can be inspected at Inkerman NQ (near Home Hill).
These trucks are well known in the USA of delivering 500,000 trouble free miles if regularly serviced, which this one was.
