SO YOU NEED A WORKHORSE?
This 2009 Ford Transit Cab chassis has only 1 owner and meticulously serviced since new. It has a custom aluminium tool box with sliding doors to lock away all your precious tools. This was set up as a carpenters / renovators truck but will adapt to whatever trade you have. All the photos show what is behind the doors.
Its set up is designed for tool to be accessed on either side and materials to be transported either in the back or on the roof racks.
It also has pullout side steps on either side of the box to climb up and tie down timber to the roof racks. (neglected to take a photo of this)
The dimensions of the box is 3.7 long 2.1 wide 1.250 high.
Has 240vt power points on both sides and 2 compressor fittings to the rear which are fed to a central line to where a compressor can be mounted.
Has 12vt lighting to shelves on both sides and to rear storage compartment.
Cabin has had a freshen up to a black interior with the front bumper too. New front badge, new hubcaps and resprayed rims.
I also have a new set of rear brakes and discs but existing ones are still rw. Has had new injectors changed, new timing belt, new harmonic balancer. Turbo pipes replaced and regularly serviced 10,000 km
Reason for selling is I've bought a new truck.
Not far off road worthy but price is negotiable.

Overview
Ford's Transit cab-chassis workhorse first came to Australia in the mid 1990s and today is available in single or crew cab form. Either of these are available with a 4.25-tonne Gross Vehicle Mass extended frame to carry longer loads. The powerplant is a 103kW 2.4-litre turbo diesel producing 375Nm of torque and driving the rear wheels though a six speed manual transmission. Standard equipment in cab-chassis Transits includes ABS braking, driver's airbag, air-conditioning, CD player, power front windows and power side mirrors. Front passenger and side airbags, and traction control, are optional in Transit cab-chassis.
