* Interior: The roof-mounted drop-down DVD player screen unit is missing (leaving the mounting plate exposed), the passenger glove box latch mechanism is broken/not opening easily, and there is standard wear on the gear shifter leather boot and the centre armrest compartment latch.
* Exterior: There is clear coat peeling on the passenger side wing mirror housing, and the clear plastic lens on the integrated side blinker indicator has a visible crack. There is also minor fading on the hood paint. The front bumper has a minor crack/missing piece on the lower left plastic grille mesh area, and the left bumper corner sits slightly proud where it meets the panel.

Ford's Territory joins the trend towards lower fuel consumption and emissions with the introduction of a 140kW/440Nm turbodiesel and improved figures for the petrol six. In rear-wheel-drive form the diesel returns 8.2L/100km, and the 195kW/391Nm petrol uses 10.6L/100km. Aiding these figures are the across-the-board six-speed auto and the newly adopted electric power-steering. Packaging remains familiar with Falcon style controls, but there are big improvements to NVH, and the interior now matches current interface trends. AWD models run the diesel exclusively (8.8L/100km) and the whole range can claim driveability refinements worthy of its high-end European and Japanese competitors.
