2011 SAAB 9-5 NG Vector TiD4 – Hirsch Performance – 106,163 km
An exceptionally well-preserved example of SAAB's final flagship sedan, with low kilometres, an unusual specification and extensive documented maintenance history.
The second-generation 9-5 was produced for only a short period before SAAB ceased manufacturing in 2011. Just 60 examples were built for the Australian market, of which 20 were TiD4 Vectors. Interestingly, this car has the third-highest VIN sequence of the 60 Australian examples, and the highest of the diesel Vectors - truly one of the last new SAABs in the country. in addition, this exact spec is in the low single digits produced in the world.
Finished in Jet black with Light Neutral leather, this example was Australian-complied in November 2012 and originally supplied through Alan Mance SAAB in Footscray, VIC.

Major maintenance has included the notorious 'shift to park' fault, timing belt and water pump, inlet manifold, brakes, suspension components and various other mechanical items. The steering column lock issue has also been resokved using an upgraded part
Four new Michelin Primacy 5 tyres were fitted in January 2026 at 101k km
The bodywork is exceptionally straight, the black paintwork is excellent, and the light leather interior presents beautifully, with only minor age-related wear. The car drives beautifully and is a particularly comfortable and distinctive long-distance tourer.
With just 106,163 km, its rare specification, genuine Hirsch upgrade and comprehensive history, this is an appealing example of one of SAAB's last and most interesting models.
