The base model Neo is also the volume seller. All Mazda2s are powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder MZR petrol engine which develops 76kW/135Nm. Gearboxes are a five-speed manual or four-speed auto. These return 6.4 L/100km and 6.8L/100k respectively. Safety features include stability/traction control, plus driver and passenger airbags.
