The front-wheel-drive Koleos stands out from the rest of the pack stylistically, but, along with them, must stay closer to the bitumen or graded dirt roads than the 4X4 version. Urban duty is its best environment, right where most SUVs spend their time. Choose the 126kW/226Nm 2.5-litre petrol and you can have a CVT or six-speed manual. The 110kW/320Nm 2.0-litre turbodiesel runs a six-speed auto or manual transmission.
