This Toyota RAV4 2013 GXL has 17" alloy wheels, front bottle holders, leather steering wheel and USB audio input. We purchased the car in 2020 for 17K and it has served us extremely well. There is minor panel damage at the rear but everything (stereo, aircon etc) works very well EXCEPT the gear box which is now noisy. I had a verbal quote to fix it for "around 2K" but unfortunately I have overstretched myself financially by purchasing a brand new Toyota EV and am just trying to sell the RAV4 at a good price. When I asked the transmission guy how long the gearbox would last he said "if you drive it 100km a day it might only last a few months but if you only drive 100km a week it might last you a couple of years".

Overview
With the 4th Generation RAV4 comes a higher level of sophistication, a choice of three engines " including a turbodiesel for the first time " and more for your money. The recent introduction of 2WD models continues alongside the 4x4 variants. Styling has moved on from the model it replaces, with slimmer A pillars it has a slicker look, accentuated by the generally sharper styling. The interior is roomier with better rear leg room and a larger cargo area. For those inclined to add a tow ball, be aware that the diesel doesn't have anywhere near the braked towing capacity of the 2.5-litre petrol.
