I drove the 2015 V6 CalaisV daily for eight years and it's time for something different. The car had one previous owner, a country equipment rep, who sold it at the end of two years.
Easy to drive with great visibility and tight turning radius. Smooth and quiet on the motorway. Easy in car parks. Full featured luxury sedan with room for five adults in comfort. 500L boot. Bose sound. Heaps of backseat room. The car presents well for its age and drives beautifully. It's been an outdoor car but shows only minor age-related marks consistent with a 2015 vehicle.
Full service records. Factory original tyres and brakes were replaced at 89,000 and 95,000 km (proof it was easy driven). Everything up to date. Injector service Sep '26, Aircon service Jan ‘26, transmission service Aug ’24, brakes Sep ’22, tyres Sep ‘21
The price is competitive because the car lived outdoors. For an outdoor daily driver, it’s in good shape.
Google some comparisons from around 2017 to get a sense of how great this car is. Check “CalaisV versus Merc300/350 2017” and you’ll find heaps of V8 links but also a few V6 v. Merc 4 turbo, more relevant to this car. Good way to read about features as well. The merc was double the dollars. You be the judge, but in the opinion of many, Holden really nailed it with this car – performance, reliability, durability and comfort.
210 kW engine, 3.6 litre V6, top badge, registered until April 2027, serviced 12-Sep-26.
