Although the bulk of BT-50s are powered by a 147kW/470Nm 3.2-litre five-cylinder diesel, a 110kW/375Nm 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel 4x2 two-door cab-chassis is available. Payload capabilities range from just above one tonne to 1.5 tonnes-plus, while off-road ground clearance is quoted at up to 205mm. Luxuries depend on variant
