There is a scratch on the front left side and some sun damage on the paint, which is pretty common for a car of this age that’s lived outside. The rear bumper also has a mark. We’ve been honest about both in the photos so you know exactly what you’re looking at. The interior is used but not trashed — carpets have the usual wear, seats are intact, and everything electrical functions as it should. Mechanically it’s been solid. We haven’t had any major issues with it.
It’s the sort of car that doesn’t ask for much. Fill it up, service it on time, and it just keeps going. Fuel economy is reasonable for a small automatic hatch, it’s easy to park, and the boot is useful for shopping or a weekend bag. If you’re stepping up from a learner’s car or just want something dependable that won’t surprise you with big repair bills, this i30 fits the brief.

GD3 Series II MY16 Active Hatchback 5dr Spts Auto 6sp 1.8i The i30 was probably the first Hyundai to show the company's true mettle and today stands on its own merits, rather than cheap pricing, as a strong competitor in the small hatch segment. A recent facelift connects it visually to the premium-class Genesis, and there's plenty going on in terms of on-road capability, safety, quality, function and space utilisation. The i30 " sedan or wagon " comes with a choice of three petrol engines 98kW/163Nm 1.6-litre, 107kW/175Nm 1.8-litre and 129kW/209Nm 2.0-litre, and a 94kW/260Nm 1.6-litre turbo-diesel. There are three transmissions: six-speed manual and auto, and a seven-speed automated manual.
