Overview
TC Azami Wagon 7st 5dr SKYACTIV-Drive 6sp 2.5T As the carsales.com.au 2016 Car of the Year, Mazda's CX-9 is an impressive large SUV. Refined, spacious and capable, the seven-seat Mazda rates high on safety with standard low-speed autonomous emergency braking (high-speed, along with lane departure warning and auto-correction on up-spec models) that is active in forward and reverse, blind-spot warning and rear cross-traffic alert standard across the board. Add standard sat-nav, LED headlights and a 170kW/420Nm 2.5-litre turbo-petrol engine driving either a FWD or on-demand AWD system through a six-speed auto gearbox to a well-sorted suspension and you have a full-size SUV that ticks all the boxes.
