2018 Isuzu D-MAX LS-M 4x4 Crew Cab Automatic – One Owner – $20k+ Extras
Genuine one-owner vehicle, purchased new and owned by me for the past seven years. Selling only because our family is growing and we're upgrading to something more suitable for the next chapter. This is not your average D-Max. It's been thoughtfully built with quality accessories and upgrades, properly maintained throughout ownership, and is ready for its next owner to enjoy without the time, expense or hassle of building one from scratch. Predominantly highway driven during my DIDO/FIFO work, rather than being thrashed off-road. It's been a reliable vehicle, always serviced through Isuzu, with a comprehensive list of modifications and maintenance to back it up.

The 120,000 km service was completed by Isuzu on 29 September 2026. Although the vehicle hadn't quite reached the service interval by kilometres, the service date was approaching and I wanted to get everything thoroughly attended to before handing it over to the next owner. The latest service included, but wasn't limited to:
- Air-conditioning belt replacement
- Transfer-case seal replacement
- Turbo hose replacement
- Front and rear brake pads and rotors
- Brake-fluid flush
- Injector and intake cleaning
- New Century Yuasa battery
Additional work completed during ownership includes a brand-new turbo replaced under warranty due to the known overboosting issue affecting this model, as well as an upgraded DPF sensor to help avoid regen related issues.
The last service cost approximately $2,800, and the next service is due in September 2027 or at approximately 127,000 km. This was done with the intent of completing all preventative works so the next owner can enjoy the vehicle without immediately facing the same scheduled maintenance and associated expense. The vehicle has always been maintained with longevity and reliability in mind, and the recent work reflects that approach.
If you're looking for a properly equipped 4x4 with quality accessories, substantial investment in upgrades, genuine one-owner history and a documented maintenance record, this D-Max is a unique find. It's been a great vehicle for me over the years, but with a young family and an upgrade on the cards, it's time for someone else to benefit from the setup. It presents very well for its age, with the paintwork and interior both in good condition. There is normal wear and tear consistent with a seven-year-old ute, but overall it's been well cared for. Plenty of additional bits and pieces to go with it for the new owner additionally.

With a 130kW/430Nm 3.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel and the choice of rear-drive or dual-range 4WD drivelines " and manual or auto six-speed transmissions " the Isuzu siblings share a purpose-built theme suiting them to a wide range of applications. The MU-X will take seven people off-road, yet can also be a handy urban conveyance. The D-Max ute comes in four-door space cab or crew cab form, or as a two-door single cab, and as a ute or a cab-chassis capable of towing more than three tonnes.
