The RAM 1500 range of workhorse utes comes in base Express and up-spec Laramie levels, both using a 291kW/556Nm normally-aspirated 5.7-litre petrol V8 driving through a eight-speed auto gearbox to an on-demand, dual-range 4x4 system. Towing capacity is a mighty 4.5-tonnes. At base Express level, the equipment is minimal " air-conditioning, cruise control and Bluetooth; the Laramie brings sat-nav, leather trim, heated seats front and back and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto functionality.
