2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLE Coupe previewed

Mercedes-Benz’s family SUV line-up set for fresh looks, enhanced tech and under-bonnet updates

The updated 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLE Coupe have been previewed ahead of their official release on January 31, with the two luxury family SUV model lines primed for a significant overhaul.

In a teaser posted on Twitter, the latest Mercedes-Benz GLE is shown with new headlight clusters that feature revised daytime running lamps.

Other apparent changes include an all-new lower bumper with reshaped air intakes, plus a redesigned grille.

At the rear, the updated GLE Coupe gets new Mercedes-Benz S-Class-inspired tail-lights that gain horizontal graphics and relocate the reversing light to the centre of the lamp.

Within the cabin, we expect both a new steering wheel and overhauled infotainment system to be introduced.

Mercedes-Benz is also set to roll out its latest driver assist technology.

Under the bonnet, the facelifted GLE is expected to feature updated versions of the current engine line-up that in Australia includes a variety of petrol and diesel powerplants.
