Mercedes-Benz Australia has added yet another special edition to its ranks, this time at the bottom end of the C-Class range.
Priced from $88,400 plus on-road costs, the 2025 Mercedes-Benz C200 Sport Edition slots in some $1500 below the standard C200 despite donning a heap of sporty cosmetic enhancements over the full-timer.
Headlining the Sport Edition are two-tone 19-inch AMG alloy wheels, dark-tinted privacy glass, the Night Package dark chrome exterior treatment and an AMG lip spoiler.
These cosmetic goodies are added to the standard C200’s equipment list which remains headlined by an AMG Line interior, heating and memory function for the power-adjustable seats, dual-zone climate control, an 11.9-inch MBUX system, smartphone mirroring, wireless phone charging, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 360-degree camera and automatic LED headlights.
No changes have been made to the 150kW/300Nm, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine or the nine-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission it drives the rear wheels through.
The Sport Edition is being offered in limited numbers with colour options comprising High-tech Silver Metallic, Polar White, Graphite Grey, Selenite Grey, Sodalite Blue and Spectral Blue.
