Honda Australia has revealed pricing for its refreshed 2026 ZR-V range, headlined by a major shift toward hybrid power, with the majority of variants now using the brand’s e:HEV system.

The outgoing Honda ZR-V lineup consisted of three turbo-petrol variants and a singular hybrid, but the 2026 range flips that formula on its head.
Only the entry-level VTi X, now priced from $39,900, retains the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine. That new starting price represents a $2000 increase over the VTi X+ it replaces, though Honda says it brings more standard equipment.
New kit includes Honda Connect Gen 2, Google built-in, post-collision braking and an updated Honda SENSING safety suite which is now fitted across all grades.

At the top of the range, the e:HEV LX has dropped $3000 to $51,900 but gains all-wheel drive as standard.
The mid-range versions see the biggest structural changes.
The VTi L+ and VTi LX petrols have been discontinued, replaced by two new hybrid grades: the e:HEV X opens at $43,400 and the e:HEV L from $45,900, meaning buyers stepping up from the base grade now gain hybrid power at effectively the same (petrol) price point as before.

“Australians are choosing hybrids in record numbers and with our e:HEV, we know we have one of the best there is in both power delivery and economy,” Honda Australia director of automotive Robert Thorp said.
All variants are covered by a five-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty, five years of roadside assistance and five capped-price services. Stay tuned for our road tests of the new Honda ZR-V models.
The 2026 Honda ZR-V range is available to order now through Honda dealers, with the updated lineup set to further align the brand with Australia’s growing appetite for hybrid SUVs.
The shift also positions the ZR-V more competitively against electrified rivals in the medium SUV segment, particularly with hybrid options now spanning nearly the entire range.
