Audi has announced three new limited editions based on the A1 hatch and the A3 and S3 sedans.
Although the Audi S3 Limited Edition sedan is no different in specification from the standard S3 with S tronic dual-clutch transmission, it is being offered in short term with metallic paint at no extra cost, and a price reduction of $2600. The standard car with S tronic currently costs $65,500, but the Audi S3 Limited Edition is being rolled out the door for $62,900.
The Limited Edition variants of the Audi A3 Sedan 2.0 TFSI Sport and Audi A3 Sedan 2.0 TFSI quattro S Line are priced the same, but come equipped with Audi's usually optional Technik Package, Assistance Package and metallic paint for no extra cost. The Technik Package comprises MMI Navigation Plus, Virtual Cockpit and a multi-function sports steering wheel with shift paddles.
Features incorporated in the Assistance Package include Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop&Go function, forward collision warning, high-beam assist, lane assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert and auto-hold. Prices remain at $48,000 for the Audi A3 Sedan 2.0 TFSI Sport and $51,600 for the Audi A3 Sedan 2.0 TFSI quattro S Line.
The Audi A1 Style Edition is based on the A1 1.4 TFSI Sport, but with xenon headlights, headlight washers, LED tail lights, 17-inch alloy wheels (up from 16-inch alloys on the standard car), keyless entry/start and front/rear parking sensors with guidelines in the display. Only rear parking sensors are fitted as standard to the A1 Sport donor model. Audi claims that the A1 Style Edition, priced at $31,800, offers $3240 of extra value for just $1000 more.
