What is being touted as Australia's largest Subaru get-together, SubiNats 2016, kicks off at Subaru Docklands on Friday, July 1.
Participants will then embark on an extended 'Mega Cruise' to Cowes in South Gippsland for a weekend at the Phillip Island race circuit.
Hosted by the Impreza WRX Club Victoria, the three-day event winds up on Sunday, July 3 after a full calendar of events including new-model unveilings and skidpan demonstrations at Docklands, a car show, a go-kart race and a full Supersprint-format race on the Phillip Island GP circuit.
On the Friday, Subaru Docklands will host driving demonstrations on its in-house skidpan by the company’s new domestic rally driver Molly Taylor, as well as unveiling the new Levorg (Liberty Evolution Touring) wagon and Forester tS.

Subaru Docklands will also host a dynamometer battle in which representatives from each state will face off against each other on the rolling road before setting off for Phillip Island.
On Saturday, July 2 the Alfa Romeo Owners Club of Victoria will host track practice on the Phillip Island circuit, while the 2016 SubiNats go-kart championship will be conducted against the background of a 'Mega Meet/Car Show'.
All of this will be rounded off by an official dinner in Cowes on Saturday evening.

Come Sunday, July 3, and what are described as some of the quickest cars in Australia will fight it out in a full-bore Supersprint-format race, during which spectators will have the opportunity to mix with the cars, drivers and mechanics.
A show ‘n’ shine event will also see some of the best Subarus in the country rolled out for the delectation of attendees as DJ entertainment adds to a “vibrant atmosphere”.
Fees for participating in the track testing day on Saturday, July 2 have not yet been finalised but entry into the Supersprint event is priced at $240 while the Show ‘n’ Shine is set at $20 per entrant.
Organisers have also done a deal with the Ramada Resort on Phillip Island for special accommodation prices 10 per cent below current best rates.
