Bentley has released a video that shows another teasing glimpse of the levels of luxury buyers of the all-new Bentayga will be treated to.
The video that shows what’s thought to be a late prototype driving quickly through a frozen Swedish countryside. In it we see a brief shot of a burgundy leather-wrapped dash and three-spoke steering wheel.
The Bentayga's all-new twin-turbocharged 6.0-litre W12 can also be heard. Recently Bentley confirmed the big Bentayga will be one of the fastest full-size SUVs on the market with a 0-100km/h time comfortably below five seconds. Top speed, says the luxury British car-maker, will also be "well over" 275km/h.
Power and torque, meanwhile, from the new W12 engine, which also features cylinder shut-down, will exceed 410kW/700Nm, confirmed Bentley.
Bentley will also offer a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8, a plug-in version and even, possibly, a diesel-powered version that will all be shared with the current Audi Q7, which is built on the same MLB Evo platform.
The Bentayga is expected to go on sale next year.
When it goes on sale the Bentayga is expected to be the most expensive SUV Down Under, although Bentley has not yet confirmed pricing.
