A few car brands have put on their arts and craft hats and put together some really fun and creative ways to keep kids (and adults) entertained and off technology for at least a few hours. All you need is a printer, some pencils or textas and you're set for the arvo.
Audi enthusiasts, young and old will love the chance to colour and decorate some of the iconic cars from the German brand including the Quattro and R8. There's also some real crazy abstract pages utilising the brands four ring logo. Some of the pages are quite intricate so this is certainly one for big kids (adults, who are we kidding here) to have a crack at.
Like Audi, Mercedes-Benz has also released a set of colouring-in pages for the whole family to enjoy. There are 34 pages in this set ranging from your traditional colouring templates, to studio sketches of cars and even a 3D build-your-own AMG GT printout.
Ford Australia have posted a handful of their own colouring templates to dig into on Twitter. According to Ford, their Australian design team have created the ColourBook which has been "Tried and tested by our employees' little ones". The ColourBook images include fan favourites Mustang, Ranger and Focus ST.
Toyota UK has created a series of templates to cutout and build miniature 3D Toyota 86 models. There are six special designs which were originally created for the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed to commemorate the Japanese brand's 50 year anniversary in the UK.
It's estimated to take an one hour to build one and all you’ll need is a printer, glue stick, a pair of scissors and so some patience.
