Cruze hatch caught in the open
No disguise here, as Holden's locally-manufactured five door small car takes to the streets -- months ahead of launchHolden's Cruze hatch can't be far away now. This factory-fresh Cruze hatch was spotted in Mebourne's southern suburbs this morning, months before its local debut.
The shots clearly show the car closely reflects the looks and lines of the concept car and the production hatch shown earlier this year in Geneva. There's not much evidence of additional Holden input here, save for the lion badge.
The driver was pretty keen to get away from our photographer so we were unable to capture any more images. We can report however the car was diesel powered but quiet (check out the CD and diesel badging) and showed a reasonable turn of pace.
