Deal hunter: $6000 off Jeep Wrangler
Jeep’s Adventure Bonus is hard to beat, while big savings also found on Mercedes-Benz Vito and Peugeot 308The iconic and desirable 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4x4 off-roader is now more affordable with a $6000 cashback ‘Adventure Bonus’ introduced across the range between now and June 30.
The end-of-financial-year bonus brings the flagship Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon – as listed on carsales – down from its circa-$100,000 drive-away price, based on the regular manufacturer’s recommended retail price of $90,450 plus on-road costs.
The Jeep Wrangler is also available in Overland, Rubicon and entry-level Night Eagle guise, the latter starting from $81,450 plus ORCs.
Watch out for other EOFY Adventure Bonus offers across other Jeep model lines, including Gladiator, Grand Cherokee and Compass.
Commercial vehicle buyers are also watching the market closely as we draw closer to June 30, particularly with the federal government’s instant asset-write scheme being lowered to $20,000 from FY2023/24.
This effectively rules out the tax break for new motor vehicles and has prompted a rush among business buyers to secure a replacement over the next six weeks.
With that in mind, the 2023 Mercedes-Benz Vito is currently being offered with three complimentary services thrown in with the purchase of the German prestige brand’s popular commercial van.

The Australian importer of Peugeot is also continuing to offer exceptional deals across its model range, with the new-generation Peugeot 308 currently available with on-road costs thrown in.
Normally retailing for $43,990 plus on-roads, the MY22 Peugeot 308 GT – as listed here on carsales – is asking the same money for the sporty hatch with no further costs attached, such as stamp duty, registration, compulsory third-party insurance and dealer delivery.
That represents a huge saving, with exact figures varying according to the state or territory in which the car is purchased.
