The Hyundai i30 was Australia’s top-selling small car last year, outmuscling the Toyota Corolla with more than 20,600 new examples of the hatch and sedan rolling out of showrooms.
Hyundai Australia is aiming to maintain that position in 2024 and is keeping momentum up with special deals, the latest targeting remaining stock of the entry-level, automatic-equipped Model Year 2023 Hyundai i30 hatch.
Under this deal, around half of the usual on-road costs for the MY23 Hyundai i30 auto hatch have been removed – the exact figure depending on the state or territory in which you reside – which takes the advertised price from $26,000 plus on-road costs to $28,290 drive-away.
If you need to carry more than five occupants, the LDV MIFA people-mover is currently the subject of an excellent deal that brings a $4000 saving, taking the fight up to the market-leading Kia Carnival.
The premium-spec 2023 LDV MIFA Luxe usually retails for $72,990 drive-away but is now available for just $68,990 with no more to pay.
Elsewhere, SUVs remain the people’s choice as far Australian new-car buyers are concerned, so in this popular genre Renault Australia is offering a special deal on its coupe-style Renault Arkana SUV.
Instead of the usual asking price of $45,000 plus ORCs, the flagship 2023 Renault Arkana RS Line automatic is available for $45,990 drive-away, with metallic paint worth $750 also thrown in for free.
The savings will vary between states and territories but could amount to around $3000, which leaves room for accessories like tinting and ceramic coating – or money to keep in your bank account.
