The popular Kia Cerato Sport is currently available for $29,490 drive-away, which represents a considerable saving for the mid-series version of the South Korean brand’s top-selling passenger car.
Applying to both sedan and hatchback models, Kia Australia’s deal on the Cerato Sport sees all on-road costs such as stamp duty, registration and dealer delivery thrown into the equation for the small car.
Normally, the 2022 Kia Cerato Sport – with a 112kW/192Nm 2.0-litre petrol engine and auto transmission – retails for $28,090 plus ORCs.
The $1400 extra to get the car on the road is much less than usually required, with the exact figure depending on the state or territory in which it’s sold.
If you’re after a large family SUV, the 2022 Isuzu MU-X is also the subject of an attractive deal this week, with the flagship LS-T 4x4 on sale from $65,990 drive-away.
That’s $1410 below the normal manufacturer’s recommended retail price of $67,400 plus on-road costs for the seven-seat 4x4 off-road wagon, so the savings really add up once ORCs are factored in.
For trade buyers, the last remaining stock of the Mitsubishi Express van are running out of dealerships and the Japanese brand is helping move things along with this latest offer.
The 2022 Mitsubishi Express GLX SWB normally retails for $44,040 plus on-road costs, but those ORCs will be thrown in for free if you’re an ABN buyer.
If not, the deal is still sweet, with the price just $1000 further upstream for private buyers, starting at $45,040 drive-away.
