Deal hunter: Peugeot 3008 offers huge savings

In the top-selling mid-size SUV segment, the Peugeot 3008 offers broad appeal and is available in MY22 Allure guise for $49,990 drive-away.
The Australian importer will also throw in metallic paint for no extra cost, which in overall terms represents a huge saving when the recommended retail price for the auto-only 3008 Allure is normally $50,075 plus on-road costs.
Now that we’re in the second quarter and drawing ever closer to the end of the financial year, LDV has renewed its ABN special on the 2022 LDV T60 Max Luxe 4x4 manual that’s available from $39,490 drive-away with a free automatic transmission upgrade.
That marks a saving of $2000 compared to the usual ABN pricing (which is already $2200 more affordable than the private buyer price), with another $2100 saved via the free auto upgrade.
Bundle it all together and ABN holders are saving more than $6000 on the MY22 dual-cab 4x4 ute.
If a sporty little number is more your style, consider the deal currently running for the 2023 Suzuki Swift GLX Turbo.
Usually priced from $29,790 plus on-road costs, the auto-equipped turbocharged five-door hatch is currently available for $31,290 drive-away – again, marking a considerable saving, with the exact figure depending on where you live.
On that front, note that the Swift GLX Turbo offer isn’t available in Queensland or northern New South Wales, where the Suzuki product line is handled by a different distributor.
