Lexus will introduce a revised CT 200h to the world next week.
The small hybrid hatch, based on Toyota's Prius mechanicals and architecture, will premiere at the Guangzhou motor show the same week as major motor shows in Tokyo (the prestige brand's home market) and Los Angeles. That likely reflects on the importance of the Chinese market to Lexus and parent company Toyota.
A tidier front end for the CT embraces the corporate 'spindle' grille that is being rolled out across the range. Changes to the rear of the car "reinforce the vehicle's overall width," according to the Lexus press release. The facelifted CT will ride on redesigned alloy wheels too, but other than that, Lexus is revealing little until the shroud drops away from the car at the show on November 21.
