Ford Australia has announced an updated ’2021.25MY’ Ford Everest line-up, including the return of the BaseCamp special-edition, a new rear-wheel drive (RWD) Everest Sport variant and a new-look grille for Trend and Titanium grades.
On sale now and available from December, the updated Ford Ranger-based large off-road SUV line-up comes with special introductory drive-away prices, starting at $50,990 for the entry-level five-seat Ambiente 3.2L RWD – $900 more than the previous retail price excluding on-road costs.
4WD adds $6500 to the price of the base Ambiente, while Trend variants start at $56,990, Sport variants open at $59,990 and both grades are offered with RWD/2.0L, 4WD/3.2L (+$6000) and 4WD/2.0L powertrains (+$1500).
Pictured below, the Titanium 2.0L Bi-Turbo 4WD tops the range at $72,990 drive-away (for now – normally $73,190 plus ORCs).
The latest BaseCamp 4WD special-edition (pictured here in white) slots into the middle of the range at $64,990 with the older 3.2-litre five-cylinder turbo-diesel, and at $66,990 with 2.0-litre Bi-Turbo engine – $2000 more than the Trend variants on which they’re based.
Said to be back by popular demand following its initial release in November 2019, the latest Ford Everest BaseCamp special is limited to 450 units and claimed to offer $6000 worth of extra value, including:
