LA MOTOR SHOW: Toyota teases FJ Cruiser replacement
Extreme off-roader to make world debut in 'City of Angels'Toyota has teased a single darkened image of the all-new SUV concept it plans to reveal at the Los Angeles motor show in a couple of weeks.
The pic, tweeted late last night, of the Future Toyota Adventure Concept (FT-AC) appears to suggest an extreme off-roader.
This has led some commentators to believe the Japanese car-maker could be readying a replacement for the FJ Cruiser which ended production last year.
Other suggestions allude to a radical redesigned version of the HiLux pick-up or a facelifted version or the HiLux-based 4Runner SUV sold in the US.
Toyota is expected to continue teasing its latest model right up until its official unveiling at the LA show on November 30.
