Lexus LF-Xh and LF-A hybrid concepts at Tokyo show

Toyota's premium brand will unveil two hybrid concept cars in Tokyo; one a sports car and the other an SUV

Lexus remains committed to hybrid drive technology. That's the message from the company's stand at the Tokyo Motor Show.

Joining the six production cars on display will be the LF-Xh hybrid SUV (pictured) and the LF-A hybrid sports concept.

The latter car has already been unveiled in petrol-only form -- the LS-F model -- and will likely go into production as a mainstream model (more here).

Lexus has published dimensions for the two cars. Overall, the LS-Xh is similar in size to the RX model, with slightly larger dimensions for length, width and wheelbase (4800mm, 1895mm and 2850mm, respectively), but with a height of 1650mm, the LS-Xh sits lower than the RX.
