That being the case, your search for an appropriate gift just got easier because the Italian exotic car-maker has launched the Maserati Classiche range, which is described as a "unique archive collection for owners and fans of classic Maserati models."
The Maser collection includes dedicated books reproducing original parts catalogues -- "on paper and in a user-friendly digital format" -- owner's manuals of older models and a "beautifully crafted" 1:43 scale collector's model.
While the first editions of the series include recent models such as the Ghibli, Quattroporte Evo, 3200 GT, Coupe and Spyder, other models are coming in the following months.
The Maserati Classiche series is available to order from authorised Maserati dealers around the country.
Oh, it's not actually necessary to be Maserati owner: Mere enthusiasts are sure to find the Classiche series equally as enthralling.
