McLaren Special Operations (MSO) has celebrated the arrival of the new McLaren 765LT supercar by commissioning a car painted in a stunning three-tone Strata Theme said to be inspired by a city's skyline.
The paint job, which blends Azores Orange, Memphis Red and Cherry Black, is applied in a complex series of geometric shapes that emphasise the 765LT's advanced aerodynamic body.
Claimed to have taken more than 450 hours to complete, the new bespoke McLaren also features a few other choice MSO features, including the new MSO Defined Roof Scoop that's made entirely of carbon-fibre and funnels cool air to the engine bay on the move.
Inside, there's MSO logos on the Alcantara head restraints that also feature the Strata theme.
The same pattern is replicated on the door sills, while the MSO Memphis Red colour is used on the steering wheel's 12 o'clock marker and the shift paddles.
Even the ignition keys don't escape the incredible levels of attention to detail lavished on the 765LT by MSO and are claimed to have taken a further 14 hours to paint.

Just 765 McLaren 765LTs will be produced and it's still yet confirmed how many examples of the track-bred supercar are Australia-bound, but the small batch of cars expected are all likely to receive the MSO treatment – not that they needed it to feel special over the regular McLaren 720S.
Producing an extra 29kW/30Nm over the 720S, the 765LT's twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 pumps out 563kW and 800Nm which is enough for a 0-100km/h sprint of just 2.8 seconds, a 0-200km/h dash in an astonishing 7.0sec and a 330km/h top speed.
