Mitsubishi has revised its Outlander SUV line-up, the two-model range adding a $3250 Safety Pack to the lower spec LS. The pack adds Multi Around Monitor, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist, equipment previously reserved for top-spec Exceed.
On sale this month, the updated Outlander also adopts Mitsubishi's Smartphone Link Display Audio (SDA) connectivity technology, an electronic park brake and digital radio reception (DAB+), while base-grade LS 2WD CVT variants also add third-row seats.
The facelifted range also incorporates LED footwell and console lighting, a 12-volt outlet in the cargo bay and enhancements to the suspension Mitsubishi says will enhance overall ride comfort and stability.
Mitsubishi's passenger range continues to be offered with a five-year/100,000km warranty and four-year capped price servicing plan. Service intervals are set at 12 months or 15,000km, whichever comes first.
The updated Outlander range is available from Mitsubishi dealers nationally.
