MY2020 Volkswagen Golf range goes drive-away

Volkswagen Group Australia has permanently extended the drive-away deals first announced in May for mainstream VW Golf models and in February for the Golf GTI.

Drive-away prices now apply across the entire MY2020 Volkswagen Golf ‘Mk7.5’range, including the Alltrack crossover version, and are accompanied by $1000 price drops for Golf GTI and Highline variants.

Further sweetening the MY20 VW Golf deal between now and the arrival of the all-new Volkswagen Golf 8 in the fourth quarter of next year are capped-price service savings of up to $1000 as part of a new Volkswagen Care Plan for the entire VW model range.

While three-year Volkswagen Care Plans (including roadside assist) start at $950 for the VW Polo ($1800 for five years), most Golf models will cost $1100 or $1900 respectively and the Golf GTI will cost $1350 or $2350. As of this year, all new Volkswagens are covered by a five-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty.

At the same time, VGA has extended its EOFY drive-away pricing offers for the VW Amarok V6 ute, which until August 31 can be had from $49,990 drive-away (Core). Meantime the Amarok Sportline V6 continues to cost $52,990 drive-away and the Amarok Highline V6 $57,990 drive-away.

MY20 Golf pricing starts at $24,990 drive-away for the entry-level VW Golf Trendline 110TSI with six-speed manual (the only manual in the range) and extends to $57,990 drive-away for the Golf R Wagon – see the model line up below.
