Aston Martin has released new images of its Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake, a car that appears to have taken its cues from Ferrari's GTC4 Lusso, but without the full four-seat packaging of the Italian car.
As we revealed about two months ago, the Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake is one of several limited-edition models that have had famed Italian styling studio Zagato play a part in their respective development programs. Each car – this one, the Shooting Brake, plus Zagato Volante, Coupe and Speedster – are based on the Vanquish coupe.
That means the limited-edition models (limited, even by Aston Martin's standards of exclusivity) are powered by a naturally-aspirated 6.0-litre V12 producing 444kW and 630Nm, and driving through an eight-speed automatic transmission.
There's no word yet on when we can expect to see the Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake unveiled, but one thing is for certain: there'll be precious little change (if any) left from $1 million by the time it reaches Australia – assuming it makes it here.
