The 2021 Porsche 911 GT3 has been teased again ahead of its full unveiling on February 16.
This time, the German sports car-maker has shown the 992-series Porsche 911 GT3's rump, giving us another view of its huge swan-neck-mounted rear spoiler.
The image is deliberately darkened, but brighten it up and it's possible to make out its low, squat proportions and, below the number plate, a huge six-fin diffuser with cut-outs for the dual exhaust pipes within the middle.
We already knew about the last part after spying a lightly disguised mule hot-lapping Germany's Nurburgring last April.
From our first glimpse, it's clear the hard-core GT3 variant will get big aero upgrades over the standard Carrera coupe.
These include two large air-intakes atop its bonnet, massive brakes that lurk behind all-new centre-lock wheels, and the new dual exhaust and super-sized rear diffuser.
That rear spoiler, meanwhile, is expected to be offered with a manual adjustment to dial up or reduce downforce depending on what track you’re driving.

Despite all that wind-tunnel tuning, Porsche is also expected to again offer a Touring version of the 911 GT3 that deletes the rear wing and provides a tamer suspension set-up more suitable for fast road use.
Under the rear bootlid, the 2021 Porsche 911 GT3 will be powered by a revised version of its predecessor's naturally-aspirated 4.0-litre flat six-cylinder engine that should pump out around 400kW.
Like before, expect the updated 4.0-litre to rev to 9000rpm and be combined with a six-speed manual for the purists and a seven-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission, rather than the standard car’s eight-speed auto.
Later on, an even faster Porsche 911 GT3 RS will be introduced that will shed weight over the standard GT3, feature increased power and even more focused suspension but only come with the PDK transmission.
Stay tuned because full details are coming with its official reveal on February 16.
