Outlander upgraded

Mitsubishi has announced changes to its Outlander softroaders

While the new generation seven-seat Outlander is on sale in the US and Japan (see here), Mitsubishi Australia has announced minor tweaks to the existing car for the 07 model year.

The most significant change is the addition of a reversing camera to the multi media system fitted to the top-of-the-range Outlander VR-X. Minor trim changes have also taken place.

The model range in upchanged with the LS kicking off at $29,990. The VR-X is priced from $40,240 with the VR (which gets a sound system upgrade) starting at $35,990.

Mitsubishi has also added a new colour option to the Outlander palette -- Code Red.
