Every diesel variant in the Peugeot 508 range is to be sold at a price inclusive of on-road costs for the next month and a half.
It's an initiative certain to draw attention to the new Euro 6-compliant models recently launched here. According to the importer, the revised pricing structure will save buyers thousands off the purchase price of any diesel-engined 508 ordered between now and the end of November.
Drive-away pricing already applies to the 508 Allure sedan, but now the GT and Allure Touring (wagon) variants are also sold at prices inclusive of on-road costs. The savings are nearly $6000, the importer claims, with NSW residents expected to see as much as $5932 knocked off the purchase price of the 508 Allure Touring.
Prices (with savings in brackets for NSW buyers) are as follows:
Allure Sedan – now $44,990 drive away ($5782 saving)
Allure Touring – now $47,990 drive away ($5932 saving)
GT Sedan – now $59,990 drive away ($3172 saving)
GT Touring – now $62,990 drive away ($3471 saving)
Standard features across the range include four-zone climate control, satellite navigation with 7-inch touch screen display, reversing camera, leather seats with front-seat heating, leather-bound gear know/multi-function steering wheel, eight-speaker audio, Bluetooth connectivity, rain-sensing wipers, auto-on/off headlights, keyless entry/start, six-airbags and tyre-pressure monitoring.
