The 2024 Skoda Karoq range has been reshuffled for the Australian market, the Czech brand increasing entry-level prices by $1000 while adding more equipment.
The updated Skoda Karoq mid-size SUV line-up now consists of the entry-level Karoq Select, priced from $40,990 drive-away, replacing the Karoq Style which was $1000 cheaper.
The mid-spec Karoq Style has been replaced by a new front drive Karoq Sportline 4x2 ($46,990 drive-away) model-grade and the Karoq Sportline 4x4 ($57,990 drive-away) is now the flagship model in the range.

Both the Karoq Select and Sportline 4x2 are powered by a 1.4-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine (110kW/250Nm) that hooks up to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
At the top of the tree is the Skoda Karoq Sportline 4x4 which gets a bigger 2.0-litre engine (140kW/320Nm) paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels.
It adds equipment like adaptive suspension, a larger 9.2-inch central touch-screen display, a 10-speaker Canton premium audio system, park assist and a 360-degree surround view parking camera system.
An optional Signature Pack ($4000) adds leather-appointed upholstery and power-adjustable seats. A panoramic glass sunroof is also optional ($1900).
Skoda is also pushing a new weekly payment leasing plan where owners can pay $99 per week for the base grade model over five years, and $113 for the Sportline 4x2 or $140 per week for the Sportline 4x4.
The new Skoda Karoq comes with a seven-year warranty.
The Skoda Karoq is the European brand’s fourth best-selling vehicle in Australia behind the Kamiq small SUV, Kodiaq large SUV and Octavia mid-size passenger car.
