SPY PICS: Infiniti QX30 snapped

First pics of small SUV built on the same Mercedes-Benz MFA platform as its competitor, the Benz GLA
Infiniti's QX30, which is confirmed to be headed our way from 2016, has been spotted testing for the first time.
Heavily camouflaged, the QX30 looks the goods, based on its proportions. It appears that the SUV will be more conservatively styled than the flamboyant Q30 hatch. Styling details are likely to be a significant factor in market acceptance of the new car, which will be built in the UK on the same production line as the Q30
Both the QX30 and Q30 will be based on the Mercedes-Benz MFA platform that underpins the A-Class, CLA and GLA models. Infiniti has leveraged its relationship with parent company Renault Nissan and the strategic alliance with Mercedes-Benz for the architecture and powertrains for the QX30.
In Australia, the QX30 is likely to undercut the price of the GLA, making it an appealing prospect for buyers who like the package and don't care about the badge – whoever they may be.
