Toyota is offering a driveaway deal on its 'original SUV', the RAV4 as part of its Red Tag sales event. The second best-selling compact SUV in 2009 can now be picked up for $31,990 driveaway with no more to pay.
That price is for the manual model and includes metallic paint, Hill-start assist control, anti-lock brakes, vehicle stability control, traction control and Toyota's Active Torque Control four-wheel drive system.
The base model is equipped with a 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine. A 200kW 3.5-litre V6 engine is also available.
The company is also offering a driveaway deal on the Corolla sedan. The Corolla finished 2009 as the most popular small car and the company is looking to start the year with a bang with a special sales event. As part of the Red Tag sale the Corolla Ascent manual sedan is currently available for $20,990 driveaway.
Powered by a 100kW 1.8-litre VVT-i petrol engine the Corolla is also fitted with anti-skid brakes, dual SRS airbags and an audio input to connect your iPod or MP3 player.
Metallic paint is a $350 option.
